This hotel delivers a cozy stay for a fair price. My double room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed that ensured a restful night. Breakfast was abundant, featuring fresh options like assorted bread and delightful Karelian pies. Quick online check-in added convenience to my arrival after hours.

the room was absolutely freezing, and I couldn't adjust the temperature at all. I also had to deal with a leaking shower head. After all that, I expected a nice complimentary upgrade, but no, nothing at all. I almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn’t bring myself to do it. Truly disappointing.

the spa had garbage left from the night before , but the breakfast was plentiful and had great choices. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. location is close to the city center. 😊
