You asked, I answered
My double room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed that ensured a restful night. Breakfast was abundant, with fresh options like assorted bread and good Karelian pies. Quick online check-in added convenience to my arrival after hours.

Compact & modern room, with an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Good and outstanding breakfast, lots of meals...

The room was freezing, and I couldn't adjust the temperature at all. I also had to deal with a leaking shower head. After all that, I expected a nice complimentary upgrade, but no, nothing at all. I almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn't bring myself to do it. Truly disappointing.

Asked for king room and it was fashionable and compact with hair drier working. An electronic key card, a work desk, and TV were available here too. The staff were courteous lot of time. The service was good, the food was delicious.

good value for the price,, but limited amenities
The check-in and check-out process was efficient, which I appreciated after a long trip. The room was clean and well-maintained. I loved the city view from my room. It added a lovely touch to my stay. The spa access for a reasonable fee was a nice bonus.
The hotel lacks more extensive amenities that would enhance a guest's experience.

Great location, very close to the Old town, ferry terminals a and d, and close to the Bus No 2 stops (for airport). Also very convenient for shopping -- there are several supermarkets near the ferry terminals a and D. I would sleep there again next time.

Very good location, just a short walk from the beautiful Old Town. Decent clean rooms, can't really ask for much more at that price! Staff were friendly and helpful and also spoke good English, which is good because it's rather hard to communicate in Estonian! Overall its a very good budget hotel.

The breakfast was quite good, with pancakes and waffles that my kids loved. Plus, the location made it easy to explore Tallinn's best attractions.
My wife says that the room cleanliness could be improved. They charged for pool access, frustrating for families looking to have some fun without extra fees.

Although not situated in the old town it is only a short walk from this. Good Tram and Bus links available to get to the beach/Park Kadriorg . Good clean rooms would stay here again for cheap practical accommodation
Breakfast should be included
